Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
 
1. No Return Policy (Hygiene Reasons)
Attars, Rose Water, and Essential Oils fall under the cosmetic category. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, products once delivered cannot be returned or reused.
 
Exceptions:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
 
2. Used / Opened Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened or used.
 
3. Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for:
- Replacement with the same product that was ordered
 
4. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for:
- Replacement with the correct product
 
5. Proof Requirement
To process any replacement request, customers must provide:
1. Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product
2. Unboxing video (mandatory for verification)
 
6. Partial Payment Orders (Non-Refundable Cases)
Orders placed with partial payment are non-refundable in the following cases:
- Customer refuses to accept delivery
- Delivery calls are not answered
- Invalid or incorrect contact number provided
 
These situations will be treated as refusal of delivery, and no refund will be issued.
 
7. Prepaid Orders Policy
For prepaid orders:
- If the order is not accepted and returned to origin:
 - 80% refund will be issued to the original payment method
 - 20% will be deducted as handling and logistics charges
 
- If re-delivery is requested:
 - An additional ₹80 shipping charge will be applied
 
Shipping Policy
 
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 4 PM: Processed the same day
- Orders placed after 4 PM: Processed the next day
 
2. Shipping Method
- Orders are shipped via the best available courier service for your pincode
- Default shipping mode: Surface shipping
- For express shipping:
 - Mention in order remarks or
 - Email at: support@tnkfragrances.com with your order number
 
3. Express Shipping Charges
- Additional charges for express shipping will be borne by the customer
 
4. Delivery Timeline
- Average delivery time: 6–7 days
- Delivery may vary based on location and region
 
5. Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Government or regional holidays
- Natural disasters
- Courier partner issues
 
TNK Fragrances will not be held responsible for such delays.
 
6. Courier Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been shipped.
